A partir de las 17:00h de hoy los votos empiezan a contabilizarse hasta el día 25 de Abril a las 24:00h.


Os recordamos a los votantes que debéis registraros como tales y no como BANDA, así pues al logear en usuario deberéis poner el e-mail con el que os registrastéis, no el nick!!

Recomendamos votar con criterio propio a todas las bandas del torneo para que el concurso sea lo más justo posible.

En breves se informará acerca del line-up y repartos de días para cada banda. Las bandas de Barcelona y cercanías, se pueden acercar mañana durante el día al stand METALKUINS de la Nau1 Ca'n Oliveras, recinto donde se celebra el festival MartoHell. Debido al trabajo que tenemos durante este fin de semana es posible que no se pueda atender a los mails con tiempo.

MARTOHELL NEWS

In April 25th was finalized the first round of the MartoHell Metal Rumble. Thank you to the almost 80 bands, from Spain and also Portugal, that were registered in our Web and to congratulate to the 15 bands that have been selected to the second round of the aid. Remember that the Metal Rumble is divided in three days of May where 5 bands will dispute to the metalheads all their music to be one of the 6 finalists whom will play in the second edition of the Horns Up, along withe de dutch thrash metal band LEGION OF THE DAMNED.

The second edition of the MartoHell Horns Up will be in June 14th in the fairground of Ca n'Oliveras of Martorell (where normally the festival is made). There, the 6 finalists bands of the Metal Rumble will play their set list to a physical jury, who they will choose the 3 winners of the Horns Up and have the opportunity to play in the Oktoberfest edition of MartoHell.

The big festival, that will be celebrated in October 4th in Ca n'Oliveras, already has confirmed some bands as much people know: from Denmark we will count on the legendary thrash metal band ARTILLERY. From California (US) will visit us DÉTENTE with Ann Boleyn of HELLION replacing the deceased Dawn Crosby (R.I.P). And as a newness, we also confirm that the italian band NECRODEATH will play in the Oktoberfest 08. Some guys of this band played in our first Oktoberfest with CADAVERIA and this year they will repeat. Maybe we comfirm another band and also to announce the 3 winners of the Horns Up edition.

In addition of the shows we also offer the biergarten, karaoke, guitar hero machines, merchandising, meet&greet and some stuff more...

We want that it's a great day of leisure acoompanied by good music!!

GIRLSCHOOL AL MARTOHELL OKTOBER FEST

Lamentamos comunicar la caida del cartel de la banda estadounidense DÉTENTE, ha sido un acuerdo entre organización y banda sin ningún tipo de problema y a mucho pesar de ambas partes. La razón básicamente ha sido un problema logístico aunque el propio Steve se compromete a venir a Barcelona en un futuro para quitarnos esta espinita, así que esperaremos a que llegue ese día. Sentimos mucho las moléstias, es la primera vez que nos pasa esto, al menos nos quedamos con el sabor agridulce de que no ha sido por ningún mal rollo.

Así pues, comunicamos nuestra tristeza por no poder ver el próximo 4 de octubre a esta gran banda de culto que lo estuvo dando todo en el pasado HEADBANGERS OPEN AIR dando un gran directo con la voz de Ann Boleyn de HELLION, pero volverán!!

Por otra parte, y en compensación por la baja de dicha banda, tenemos el placer y honor de anunciar que por primera vez tendremos una banda totalmente femenina en nuestro escenario de la Nau2 de Ca N'Oliveras, ni más ni menos que la legendaria banda de la NWOBHM a quienes apadrinó nuestro amado Lemmy, cantante y bajista de Motörhead. Ellas son GIRLSCHOOL y hace escasos minutos han sido confirmadas para nuestro festival dónde celebrarán con nosotros su 30 aniversario de carrera. Quien haya podido verlas en directo sabe que no hay tregua, así pues, siempre da gusto después de dar una mala noticia tener una buena.
