Je parlais du Miasmal chez Dark descent en fait.

ouais, il aura fallu attendre pour voir les titres de la démo et du 7" pressés en CD, mais nous souhaitions les offrir comme un bonus avec l'album ...

Par ailleurs, Dark Descent Records (USA) s'occupera des versions CD de tous les albums que je sortirai cette année, à savoir: STENCH OF DECAY, KRYPTS, SWALLOWED et ... MIASMAL !

c'est cool , Swallowed c'est des nouveaux enregistrement ?

oui !

Dans les 4 cas (MIASMAL, STENCH OF DECAY, SWALLOWED et KRYPTS), ces 4 sorties sont les versions CD des premiers albums des groupes que je sortirai en Lp cette année, ces premiers albums étant actuellement en cours d'écriture. Ceux-ci seront par ailleurs bien sûr composés majoritairement de nouveaux titres.

En ce qui concerne STENCH OF DECAY et KRYPTS, je me permets de vous rappeler que d'ici peu de temps, je sortirai un nouveau 7" de chacun de ces groupes, chacun composés de 2 nouveaux titres.

Oui, et d'ailleurs, concernant ces deux derniers cités : vivement !

Je ne suis assurément pas totalement objectif (sic) mais je trouve qu'aussi bien le 7" SOD que celui de KRYPTS sont très très bons et montrent une belle progression même s'ils restent tous les deux dans la parfaite lignée des enregistrements précédents des deux groupes ...

STENCH OF DECAY and KRYPTS 7" will be available within a week or so!

700 copies of both will be available at first.

All STENCH OF DECAY 7" are pressed on black wax while a limited white wax version of KRYPTS 7" will be available.





FYI, both bands will play live in Brussels on Friday 20 May. More details TBA.

BONE SICKNESS (USA) 7" is slightly delayed due to pressing issues. It should be available in a month.

BEYOND (Ger.) first demo tape is slightly delayed as well due to recording issues.

Krypts have returned, and no amount of warnings could save any nearby lifeforms from the lethal weapon that is this 7". Pure heaviness, even more brutal vocals harking to the days of Rottrevore and Disembowelment and pure riff malevolence. Streaks of dark and eerie melody emerge from under the wall of sonic brutality. The guitars have got even heavier, and the bass sound carries the weight of a ton's worth of dead hippos and about as much filth. This literally drips old-school evil in a way that has to be heard to be believed. The songs remains suffocating in delivery and unrepentant in their simplicity, yet epic and grandiose in scope. Make no mistake, this is the sound of death done right, and it only makes us wonder where they can take things next

Another breaking news: Later this year I'll release (in collaboration with Me Saco Un Ojo Records) a 12" featuring critically acclaimed DISMA 2010 demo + 2 new tracks. This 12" will be limited to 1000 copies and those 2 new tracks won't be available on any other release.

MIASMAL first full length album 12" is now available:

With such a debut demo and a more than consistent follow up in form of a 7” EP, Miasmal first’s album couldn’t be another mere recreational yet well oiled and full fuelled death metal retrospective killing machine, but a primordial axis when it comes to defend the legitimacy of the classical Swedish sound, and of the Stockholm school in particular. The fourth piece’s self titled LP, not only compiles and demonstrates their skills and competence as coagulated inkers of mordant down tuned songs (as already shown on their previous musical greeting cards) but as a matter of fact it proves that far away from being stuck in the fictional weakness of conformism and resting on their own gained laurels, they’ve worked hard and with dedication instead of remaining dormant. They have unquestionably found the equilibrium and the formula to grow in every sense and bring a heavy as fuck slab of obscure wax, the way everybody expected and wished form them and which has surpassed by far any expectations.

Please note that all MIASMAL 12" album orders will be slightly delayed as a misprint on the insert has just been noticed. Since we want this release to be the best possible, we decided to reprint all the inserts. Please be patient, it won't be long! Thanx for your understanding. (This also concerns those who ordered it from Me Saco Un Ojo Records or elsewhere.

Please note that the CD version of the Resurecting in festering slime comp won't be released on Detest Records. It will instead be released on Agonia Records.
